摘要
车架是整个汽车的基体,其功用是支承连接汽车的各零部件,并承受来自车内、外的各种载荷。文章基于轻卡某重载版3308mm轴距的产品,首先对车架系统的主要零部件进行介绍,然后通过有限元分析软件Hypermesh分析车架的模态、弯曲工况和扭转工况下的受力情况,分别得到各种工况下车架总成及各零部件的应力、位移,最后进行刚度、强度、以及整个车架布置合理性的分析。
The frame is the base of the vehicle, it's role is to support the parts that connect the vehicle, and to bear the various loads that come from inside and outside the vehicle. This paper is based on the product of an overloaded 3308 mm wheelbase. Firstly the main parts of the frame system are introduced, and then through the finite element analysis software Hypermesh, the mode of the frame, the bending condition and the force under the torsion condition were analyzed. And the stress and displacement of the frame assembly and the parts are obtained respectively. Finally, the rationality of stiffness, strength and frame arrangement is analyzed.
