某商用车怠速方向盘振动优化 被引量:3

Optimization of Steering Wheel Vibration of a commercial Car under Idle Condition

摘要 某商用车关空调工况时怠速方向盘的振动影响了该车的舒适性。文章利用振动传递路径和频响测试方法准确判断出了导致方向盘振动的具体原因,并应用有限元方法快速寻找到了降低方向盘振动的最佳优化方案。实车测试结果表明优化后的方向盘振动明显改善,主观评价达到设定目标,验证了优化方案的有效性。 The vibration of the steering wheel significantly affects the commercial vehicle comfort. In the present work, the transfer path analysis(TPA) and the frequency response test method were utilized to identify the cause of the steering wheel's vibration under the idling operation of a commercial vehicle engine. The best optimization scheme to reduce the steering wheel's vibration was obtained by the method of the finite element analysis efficiently. The actual results show that the optimization scheme show could improve the vibration of steering wheel obviously. The effectiveness of the scheme has been verified.
