某轻型卡车驾驶室稳定性设计优化

摘要 卡车驾驶室对于整车来说,是一个相对独立的结构体,体积大,重心高,一般通过橡胶软垫同底盘相连接,设计中经常会遇到驾驶室时而左边高,时而右边高的歪斜现象,车辆在行驶时,驾驶室会产生左右飘忽不定的摇摆,给驾驶员带来不安全感和紧张心理,文章结合实例,阐述一种轻型卡车,如何通过对支撑驾驶室的悬架结构和参数进行调整,来改善驾驶室的歪斜和行驶稳定性。 The truck cab is a relatively independent structure for the whole vehicle. It is large in volume and high in center of gravity. It is usually connected with the chassis through rubber cushions. In the design, it is often encountered that the cab is sometimes high to the left and sometimes high to the right. In the course of driving, the cab will swing from side to side, which will bring insecurity and tension to the driver. This paper, combined with an example, expounds a light truck how to change the suspension structure and parameter that supports the cab,to improve cab skew and driving stability.
