摘要
文章主要结合手动挡汽车的操纵稳定性和自动挡汽车换挡的便利,根据手动挡汽车的特点设计一种新型离合器操纵装置。该设计主要是把离合器的功能集成在换挡杆上,取代离合器踏板,变脚动为手动控制,实现传感器—微处理器-汽车控制单元—执行器的流程控制。通过这样的设计简化了手动挡汽车的换挡过程,解放驾驶员劳动力,节约换挡时间,提高汽车操纵性。同时相对于自动离合器能显著提高离合器的使用寿命。
This paper mainly combines the manual shift automobile and the automatic shift vehicle, and designs a new clutch manipulation device based on the characteristics of manual shift vehicle. The main design is to integrate the function of the clutch on the shift rod, replace the clutch pedal, change the foot to manual control, realize the sensor-microprocessorautomobile control unit-actuator flow control. Through this design, the shift process of the vehicle is simplified, the labor force of the driver is liberated, the shift time is saved and the automobile 's maneuverability is improved. At the same time, compared with automatic clutch can significantly improve the life of the clutch.
