Factors Influenced Painting Method in Truck Plastics Line

文章通过对国内乘用车及商用车塑料件涂装线的学习调研,结合一汽解放青岛汽车有限公司塑料件涂装线的建设及运行过程中积累的经验,对比人工喷涂及机器人喷涂两种喷涂方式的不同点及解决对策,提出了塑料件材质、形状、白坯件质量、组挂方式、状态识别、过程质量控制等因素对选择喷涂方式的影响。

This article gives a brief instruction of the truck plastics painting line, and give a research study of car and truck plastics painting line, compared the differences and measurements between human painting and robot painting. Then put forward the factors of part appearance, material, surface quality, painting technology, and status identification, which influences the choosing of painting method in truck plastics line.
