摘要
随着汽车车身结构设计向着多样性、复杂性的方向发展,传统PVC密封胶无法满足车身结构的密封要求。针对PVC密封胶在车身拼缝处使用开裂的问题,文章介绍一种改性硅烷密封胶,研究了该密封胶人工气候加速老化及湿热老化前后的拉伸及剪切强度性能变化。结果表明,光照、湿热老化对改性硅烷密封胶使用性能影响甚小,道路耐久试验后未发生胶层开裂。
With the diversity and complexity of body structure of automotive, traditional PVC sealant is unable to meet all the structural sealing requirements. To solve the PVC sealant cracking problem, used on body joint seam, a modified silyated polymer sealant was introduced in this paper. The tensile and shear strength of the sealant, before and after artificial weathering and hot-humid aging, were studied. The results show that the effect of the aging test on the properties was limited, and no cracks occurred after the road duration test.
