摘要
全自动无人驾驶列车是未来地铁列车发展的方向。中车长春轨道客车有限公司自主研发了用于全自动无人驾驶列车的转向架,并用于国内某项目上。该转向架采用"H"型焊接构架、两系弹性悬挂、无摇枕结构和轮盘式基础制动单元,采用架悬式交流牵引电机、二级减速齿轮箱和齿式联轴节的传动装置。转向架安装有障碍物及脱轨检测装置,以提高无人驾驶列车的安全可靠性。该转向架已正式投入运营,用户及乘客反映良好。
Full automatic driverless metro is the development trend for metro in the future. CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co.,Ltd has developed a bogie for the full automatic driverless metro independently and applied it to a project in China. The bogie is formed by welded"H"type frame,adopting primary and secondary suspension,bolsterless structure,wheel mounted disc brake unit,frame mounted AC motor,two stage gearbox and tooth coupling. The bogie has also mounted obstacle and derailment detection device to improve the safety and reliability in automatic driverless operation. At present,the bogie has been put into service,the reflect of customers and passengers is quite well.
