On the pathogenicity and virulence factor of Aspergillus fumigatus

烟曲霉感染免疫力低下者引起侵袭性曲霉病并成为重症患者死亡的主要原因之一。目前的研究表明烟曲霉的致病性并不表现出传统的毒力因子,而是其所特有的生长代谢等生物学特性及多种致病因子共同作用的结果。笔者探讨烟曲霉的致病性和毒力因子,并对未来研究加以展望。

Aspergillus fumigatus infects patients with low immunity and causes invasive aspergillosis and is the main cause of death in critically ill patients.Current studies have shown that there are no traditional virulence factors which play apart in the pathogenicity of Aspergillus fumigatus.This essay discusses the pathogenicity and virulence factor of Aspergillus fumigatus,and provides a future research prospect.
