美国能效法规在我国技术性贸易措施(TBT)应对工作中占有重要比重。美国能效法规的出台具有其独特的程序和技术支撑体系,这些技术支撑体系对于了解及应对美国能效法规具有重要意义;然而相关研究尚处于空白状态。本文对美国技术支撑体系框架性共性内容进行了梳理,介绍了其技术分析和影响分析的各个方面。同时给出了应对及建议。

The study of American energy rule is important for TBT work of China. There is special and complex technology support system for American energy rule. It is very important for understanding American energy rule,but there is no study in China. The technology support system of American rule is studied in the paper. The technology analysis and influence analysis are introduced and suggestion is given.
