警惕东盟各国强制性认证成为贸易隐形阻碍

Vigilance against the Compulsory Certification of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN) Countries becomes A Trade Invisibility Barrier

本文就当前东盟各国执行强制性产品认证制度不一致,导致中国东盟贸易过程中出现认证隐形障碍的问题,在解读和讨论东盟各国强制性产品认证制度以及对出口东盟30余企业调研的基础上,分析当前中国-东盟贸易在认证方面面临的突出问题,并在减少中国-东盟贸易中的障碍,减少重复检验费用,实现一个标准、一次检验、一次收费、各国通行的合格评定方式方面提出相关建议。

The article introduces some invisible certification barrier problem caused by different compulsory product certification system in the trade process of China-ASEAN,based on discussing and interpretation compulsory product certification system of ASEAN countries and investigating more than 30 enterprises on exports,analyzes outstanding problems in certification of China-ASEAN trade,and puts forward some related suggestions of conformity assessment in order to reduce trade barriers,reduce duplication of inspection fees,implement a standard,a test and a charge,finally achieve market permission for all ASEAN countries.
