摘要 通过高速公路高清卡口抓拍系统对途径车辆图片进行主成分特征提取。经过一系列的车脸识别后,达到对逃费或有问题车辆的行驶轨迹进行跟踪取证和行为分析。本系统基于PCA(Principal component analysis)算法,利用算法在降维和特征提取方面的有效性,识别车脸。通过Matlab仿真计算,呈现车脸识别后的结果,并延伸应用于高速公路收费稽查管理中。 The picture of route vehicle is extracted from the high quality photograph capture system in expressway.Through the series of vehiclerecognition, we can analyze behavior and track evidence of cars which belong to evading vehicles or problematic vehicles.This system is based on thePCA (Principal component analysis) algorithm, and the face of vehicle is identified by the recognition system with the effectiveness of reducing the di原mension and feature extraction.The result of vehicle recognition is presented via Matlab simulation, and this recognition technology is extended to themanagement of expressway toll inspection.
