摘要
目的:研究种植位点颌骨CT密度值与种植体植入扭矩值(insertiontorque value,ITV)、共振频率法检测的种植体稳定系数(implant stability quotient,ISQ)值的相关性。方法:将49例(共70个种植体)行口腔种植修复术患者纳入研究范围,回顾性分析种植位点颌骨CT密度值,并依据颌骨CT密度值将其分为Ⅰ类骨、Ⅱ类骨、Ⅲ类骨、Ⅳ类骨等组别,以明确颌骨CT密度值与种植体植入扭矩值、共振频率法ISQ值的相关性。结果:下颌种植区域颌骨CT密度值、种植体植入ITV、ISQ值均高于上颌(P<0.05);且Ⅰ类骨、Ⅱ类骨、Ⅲ类骨、Ⅳ类骨患者下颌种植体植入ITV、ISQ值均高于上颌(P<0.05),种植体植入ITV、ISQ值大小分布均为Ⅰ类骨﹥Ⅱ类骨﹥Ⅲ类骨﹥Ⅳ类骨;同时,经Pearson相关性分析,颌骨CT密度值与种植体ITV、ISQ值均存在正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:种植位点颌骨CT密度值与种植体植入ITV、ISQ值存正相关关系,或可为预测种植体初期稳定性的重要指标。
Objective: To study the correlation between the CT density value of jaw implant site and the implant torque value( ITV) and ISQ value of resonance frequency analysis. Methods: 49 cases( a total of 70 implants) treated with oral implant repair were enrolled in the study. The CT density value of jaw implant site was retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into the skeletal class I,Ⅱ,ⅡI and Ⅳ groups according to the jaw CT density value to determine the correlation between CT density value of jaw implant site and ITV and ISQ value of resonance frequency analysis. Results: The CT density value of jaw implant site,ITV and ISQ value of resonance frequency analysis in the lower jaw were higher than those in the upper jaw( P〈0. 05). Skeletal class I ranked first as the largest,skeletal class Ⅱ the second largest,skeletal class Ⅲ as the third,and skeletal class Ⅳ as the least in the size distribution of ITV and ISQ value of resonance frequency analysis. And Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the CT density value of jaw implant site and ITV and ISQ value of resonance frequency analysis,and the highest correlation was between the jaw CT density and ITV. Conclusion: There is a significant positive correlation between the CT density value of jaw implant site and ITV and ISQ value of resonance frequency analysis,which can be an important index for predicting the initial stability of the implant.
