淋巴细胞免疫法对原因不明复发性流产的疗效

The curative effect of lymphocyte immunization in the treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion

目的:探讨临床治疗原因不明复发性流产的理想方式,为原因不明复发性流产的相关实践提供借鉴和参考。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年12月期间产科收治的原因不明复发性流产患者172例,按照治疗情况把患者分成两组,观察组患者111例(进行主动免疫治疗),对照组患者61例(进行安胎治疗)。结果:(1)观察组患者111例,妊娠96例,20周以前流产16例,妊娠成功80例,妊娠成功率为72.07%;对照组患者61例,妊娠50例,20周以前流产37例,妊娠成功13例,妊娠成功率为21.31%,观察组妊娠成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)组间妊娠结局比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用主动免疫疗法治疗原因不明复发性流产的临床效果较好。

Objective： To explore the ideal way of clinical treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion,so as to provide reference for the practice of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods： A total of 172 patients with unexplained recurrent miscarriage were selected from January 2015 to December2016. According to the different clinical treatment methods,the patients were divided into the study group and the control group. 111 patients in the study group was given active immunotherapy,while 61 patients in the control group was given tocolysis treatment. 2 8 Results：（ 1） Among 111 cases in the study group,there were 96 cases of pregnancy,16 cases of abortion in the first 20 weeks,and 80 cases of successful pregnancy,with pregnancy success rate 72. 07 %; among 61 cases in the control group,there were 50 cases of pregnancy,37 cases of abortion in the first 20 weeks,and 13 cases of pregnancy success,with pregnancy success rate 21. 31 %.Pregnancy success rate in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）.（ 2） There was no significant difference in pregnancy outcome between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： In the practice of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion,the clinical effect of active immunotherapy is significant and definite.
