遮阴对矮滨菊形态特征和生理特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究矮滨菊的耐阴性,为其在园林应用中提供一定依据,采用30%、50%、70%、90%等4个梯度的遮阴处理,以全光照处理作为对照,对矮滨菊在这4种处理下的叶面积、比叶重、节间长度等形态指标和叶片含水量、叶绿素含量等生理指标进行研究。结果表明:矮滨菊各形态指标随遮阴度增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势,叶面积和节间长度在遮阴度30%条件下达到最大值,相比对照分别增加了16.9%和13.85%;比叶重在遮阴度50%的条件下达到最大值,相比对照增加了84.86%。综合叶片含水量、叶绿素含量、相对电导率和叶绿素荧光参数等生理指标认为矮滨菊具有一定的适应弱光环境的能力,在遮阴度为30%和50%的环境下生长良好。 The shade resistance of Leucanthemum vulgareShort'was studied,in order to provide a basis for its application in gardening.The shading treatment with 30%,50%,70%,90% gradients and the full light treatment as a control,the leaf area and specific leaf weight of the Leucanthemum vulgareShort'were determine under these four treatments.The morphological indicators such as the length of the internode,and the physiological indexes such as leaf water content and chlorophyll content were studied.The results showed that the morphological indexes of Leucanthemum vulgareShort'increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of shading,and the leaf area and internode length reached a maximum at a shade of 30%,which increased 16.9% and 13.85% compared with the control.The specific leaf weight reaches a maximum at a shade of 50%,which increased 84.86%compared to the control.Combined with the physiological indexes such as leaf water content,chlorophyll content,relative electrical conductivity,and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters.The dwarfing chrysanthemum had a certain ability to adapt to the low-light environment,and it grew well in the shade of 30% and 50%.
