钨酸铜-氧化钨异质结增强气敏性的研究

摘要 利用静电纺丝的方法,将钨酸铜和氧化钨的前驱体进行静电纺丝,通过对得到的静电纺丝产物进行煅烧制备得到钨酸铜与氧化钨的异质结,采用XRD和扫描电子显微镜对样品进行微观结构和形貌进行表征与观察。结果表明,通过静电纺丝以及煅烧的处理得到了钨酸铜与氧化钨异质结,该异质结在气敏性能上表现出很好的灵敏性和稳定性,在1g WCl_6加入0.0065 g的CuCl_2·2H_2O得到的异质结的气敏性最优,该材料在未来的气敏传感器开发与应用上有很大的应用价值。 By using electrospinning method,the precursor of tungsten oxide and copper tungstate wereelectrospun and the electrospinning product were calcined to get the heterojunction of copper tungstate and tungsten oxide. The samples were characterized with XRD and scanning electron microscopy to investigate the microstructure and morphology of the samples. The results showed that copper tungstate and tungsten oxide heterojunction were obtained by electrospinning and calcination. The heterojunction exhibited good sensitivity and stability in gas sensing properties. The gas sensitivity of the heterojunction obtained by adding 0. 0065 g of CuCl2·2 H2O to 1 g of WCl6 is optimal. It has great application value in the future development and application of gas sensors.
