摘要
枸杞黄酮是一种具有极高保健和药用价值的功能成分,在医药卫生、食品领域有广泛应用前景,研究枸杞中黄酮提取纯化具有重要的实际意义。本文综述近年来国内枸杞黄酮提取纯化研究进展,为枸杞黄酮深入研究开发提供参考。
Flavonoids fromLycium barbarumL. is a kind of functional ingredient with extremely high health and medicinal value,and has broad application prospects in the fields of medicine,health and food. It is of important practical significance to study the extraction and purification of flavonoids fromLycium barbarumL. This paper reviewed the recent progress on domestic extraction and purification of flavonoids fromLycium barbarumL.,which provides references for further research and development of flavonoids fromLycium barbarumL.
