含磁性微球固相微萃取头的制备及对水中多环芳烃含量的测定 被引量:1

摘要 制备一种含有Fe_3O_4@SiO_2@γ-MAPS磁性微球的固相微萃取萃取头用于样品前处理,并采用SPME-HPLC联用的方法对其富集效果进行了评价。用此萃取头对萘、菲、蒽三种多环芳烃进行萃取,系统考察了萃取时间、解吸时间等实验条件对富集效果的影响。萘、菲、蒽三种物质线性关系良好,加标回收率为89.30%、97.41%、98.67%。将添加磁性微球萃取头与未加入磁性微球萃取头的萃取效果进行对比,富集效果明显提高。使用含磁性微球的萃取头与高效液相色谱联用检测湖水中多环芳烃的含量。 A solid-phase microextraction-fiber with Fe3O4@ SiO2@ γ-MAPS magnetic microspheres was prepared for sample p pretreatment and its enrichment effect was evaluated by SPME-HPLC. Three kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons including naphthalene,phenanthrene and anthracene were extracted by this microextraction-fiber. The effects of extraction conditions,including extraction timeand desorption time on the enrichment effect were systematically investigated. Thelinear relationships of naphthalene,phenanthrene and anthracene were good,and the recoveries were 89. 30%,97. 41% and 98. 67%.The extraction effect of the microextraction-fiberwithmagnetic microspheres was compared with that of the non magnetic microspheresmicroextraction-fiber,and the enrichment effect was obviously improved. The content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in lake water was detected by coupling the microextraction-fiber containing magnetic microspheres to highperformanceliquid chromatography.
