摘要
建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定拐枣中K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu、P、B、Al、Ti 12种矿质元素的方法。样品经微波消解,直接用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪同时测定上述12种矿质元素。结果表明:此方法的检出限范围在0.0088~0.1210 mg/L,线性相关系数r>0.999;加标回收率大于99.0%,相对标准偏差<5%,检测结果显示拐枣中含有丰富的K、Ca、Mg、P。
A microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometric method was developed for the determination of 12 mineral elements in dates of Turnjujube: K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu,P,B,Al and Ti. The 12 mineral elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer through microwave digestion. The results show that the detection limit range of this method is 0. 0088 - 0. 1210 mg/L,linear correlation coefficient r 〉0. 999; The recovery rate was greater than 99. 0 % and the relative standard deviation was 〈5 %. The results showed that there were abundant K,Ca,Mg and P.
