黄磷生产过程中循环水结垢研究

摘要 黄磷是一种重要的磷化工原料,主要用于生产高纯度磷酸和有机磷化合物。黄磷的生产以磷矿石、焦炭、硅石为原料,在高温条件下磷元素被还原为磷单质蒸汽,经水洗涤后产生黄磷。洗涤水循环使用后,水中杂质大量富集,造成循环水输送管线堵塞。本文分析了循环水的主要成分,并对结垢体进行了XRD测试。研究表明,造成黄磷循环水结垢的主要物质是K_2SiF_6,可采取预先在循环水中加入H_2SiF_6,将水体中的K+沉淀出来,再加入熟石灰,除去过量的H_2SiF_6,最终达到防止循环水在输送管道中结垢的目的。 Yellow phosphorus is an important raw material for phosphorus chemical industry. It is mainly used to produce high purity phosphoric acid and organic phosphorus compounds. The production of yellow phosphorus is made from phosphorus ore,coke and silica. Under high temperature,phosphorus is reduced to phosphorus steam,and yellow phosphorus is washed by water.After many times recycling of washing water,a lot of impurities are accumulated,causing the blockage of the circulating water pipeline. In this paper,the main components of circulating water were analyzed,and the crystal was tested by XRD. The research shows that the main substance that causes the blocking of circulating water in yellow phosphorus is K2 SiF6,which can be treated by adding H2 SiF6 in the circulating water to precipitate the K+in the water,and then add the ripe lime,which can remove the excess H2 SiF6. Finally,we can achieve the goal of preventing the circulating water from scaling in the pipeline.
