浅谈医学研究生教育的若干问题和对策

医学研究生教育其目的是培养研究生的临床能力和科研创新能力。我国现行的医学研究生教育虽已取得巨大成绩,为国家培养了大量高端医学人才,但仍存在许多需要改进的地方。受地域的影响,东部地区与中、西部地区医学研究生培养差距较大。其次,需转变研究生培养模式,建立完善的培养体系。为科研型研究生营造宽松的科研环境;临床型研究生应该在培养临床思维及临床操作技能基础上,培养以临床为导向的科研创新能力。正确地看待研究生学术能力与论文发表之间的关系,完善科研评价体系。

The purpose of medical graduate education is to cultivate the graduate students＇ clinical ability and scientific research innovation ability. Although our current medical graduate education has made great achievements, it has trained a large number of medical talents for the country, but there are still many aspects for improvement. The gap between the eastern region and the middle and western regions is large. It is necessary to change the graduate training mode and establish a better training system. For clinical graduate students, we should create a loose research environment. Clinical medical graduates should train clinical oriented research and innovation ability on the basis of mastering clinical thinking and clinical skills. The relationship between graduate academic ability and the publication of the paper should be correctly evaluated, and scientific research evaluation system should be constantly improved.
