摘要
水下法兰保护结构是一种用来保护海底管道水下法兰免遭渔网拖挂、落物砸损的装置。由于涉及法兰的拆卸,保护结构应可拆卸、便于操作且具备适当的保护能力。设计了一种水下法兰保护结构,通过Solidworks软件对保护结构进行了三维分析、干涉检查,采用ABAQUS软件对保护结构在操作工况、渔网拖挂工况和吊装工况下的受力进行有限元分析计算,所得结果均符合相关规范要求。设计的法兰保护结构具有结构紧凑、安装拆卸方便、成本低廉且保护效果明显等优点,在实际项目中得到了成功投用。
Subsea flange protector is a facility used for protecting the flange from being destroyed by fishing pulling and dropping objects.As the flanges which are protected may need to be repaired,the protector shall be dismountable,workable and has proper protective capability.A flange protector is designed,and the software Solidworks is used for 3 Dsimulation and interface check.The software ABAQUS is used for calculating the stress and strain of the flange protector in operation condition,fishing pulling condition and installation condition,and the result meets requirements of relative design rules.The flange protector is compact,easy operating,low cost and effective and have been applied in practical project successfully.
