摘要
Wnt/β-连环蛋白信号通路调节体内多种生理、病理程序,其表观遗传和转录水平的调控异常会导致心血管系统疾病以及肿瘤等的发生。长链非编码RNA能从表观遗传、转录及转录后等多个水平调节与心脏发育、心血管系统疾病及多种肿瘤相关的基因及信号通路。同时研究证实一些长链非编码RNA能与Wnt/β-连环蛋白信号通路形成调节网络参与调控心血管系统疾病的发生及肿瘤的侵袭、迁移。本综述主要总结了近年来与Wnt/β-连环蛋白信号通路相关的长链非编码RNA的研究进展以及这些长链非编码RNA在心血管系统疾病中的作用。
Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway regulates various physiological and pathological procedures. Its abnormal regulation in epigenetic and transcriptional levels can lead to cardiovascul ar disease and tumorigenesis. Long non-coding RNA can regulate genes expression and signaling pathways involved in heart development, cardiovascular diseases and multiple tumors in various levels such as epigenetic, transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation. Meanwhile,some IncRNAs are able to form a regulatory nework with Wnt/β catenin signaling pathway to regulate the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases, as well as the migration and invasion of tumor. Therefore,this paper summarizes the recent advances in IncRNAs associated with Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathways and the role of these IncRNAs incardiovascular diseases.
