运动对细胞自噬的调控及心血管疾病的影响 被引量:3

摘要 自噬是细胞维持自身稳态的重要机制之一,通过溶酶体降解异常蛋白聚积物、清除损伤和老化的细胞器,对保持细胞正常活力与功能具有重要意义。运动是调控细胞自噬的刺激因素之一,单次运动短暂上调细胞自噬活性,促进细胞自我更新;长期运动不仅能提高基础自噬水平,并且对异常的细胞自噬具有调控作用,在心血管疾病防治中发挥有益作用。现主要介绍不同持续时间及不同强度的运动对细胞自噬的诱导作用,以及运动通过调控细胞自噬对心血管疾病的影响。 Autophagy,an important cell homeostatic mechanism,degrades and recycles damaged organelles and long-lived proteins through a lysosomal pathway to maintain cellular homeostasis and vitality. Autophagy is highly induced by exercise training via the rapidincrease in the number of autophagosomes. A single session of exercises training can temporarily activate and promote callular renovation. Long-term exercise training not only up-egulates basal autophagy levels, but also modulates abnormal autophagy, which plays beneficial effects in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. This review focuses on the effects of ecercise training with different intensity and time course on the activation of autophagy and cardiovascular diseases.
