慢性心力衰竭相关的炎性因子的探讨

Investigation of Inflammatory Factors Associated with Chronic Heart Failure

随着人口老龄化的进程,心血管疾病患者数量逐渐增加,慢性心力衰竭作为各种心血管疾病发展的最后阶段,严重影响着患者的生活质量,甚至威胁生命。研究发现,心力衰竭和炎性因子之间的联系密切,其中促炎性因子对疾病的发展起着促进作用,抗炎性因子则对疾病的发展起着抑制作用。现对近年来炎性因子在心力衰竭中作用机制的发现进行了整理,以期对完善临床慢性心力衰竭的诊断、治疗和预后策略有所帮助。

With the population aging process,a gradual increase in the number of patients with cardiovascular disease,chronic heart failure as the last stage of a variety of cardiovascular disease,seriously affects the quality of life of patients,and even life-threatening. The study found that there is a close relationship between heart failure and inflammatory factors, in which proinflammatory factors play roles in promoting the development of disease, and anti-inflammatory factors play inhibitory roles in the development of the disease. In this paper, the mechanism of inflammatory factors in heart failure in recent years has been sorted out,in order to improve the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis strategy of clinical chronic heart failure.
