晚钠电流及其速率依赖性在急性心肌梗死后心律失常发生机制中的作用

摘要 急性心肌梗死后晚钠电流异常升高已被认为是导致其他离子电流紊乱的主要原因之一,进而诱发心律失常。晚钠电流及其速率依赖性在心律失常的发生机制中起着至关重要的作用,现就晚钠电流及其速率依赖性和急性心肌梗死后心律失常的关系的研究进展做一综述。 Late sodium current (INaL) was increased in cardiomyocytes when acute myocardial ischemia was happened via the characteristic pattern of metabolic and intracellular ion changes, then resulted in functional and structural derangements. INaL is rate dependent and contributes to greater vulnerability to arrhythmogenesis. The relationship between rate dependence of INaL and arrhythmias after acute myocardial infarction is reviewed.
