Nogo蛋白在心血管疾病中的研究进展

Advances in Research of Nogo Protein in Cardiovascular Diseases

Nogo家族是由Reticulon 4基因编码的蛋白质产物,主要包括Nogo-A、Nogo-B和Nogo-C,研究证实其具有抑制神经轴突再生的作用。近年研究发现Nogo蛋白在心血管调控、细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤生长等方面也具有重要作用。现就Nogo蛋白在心血管系统中的研究进展做一简要综述。

Nogo family is a protein product encoded by reticulon 4 gene,mainly including Nogo-A , Nogo-B and Nogo-C . Studies have confirmed that it has inhibitory effect on axonal regeneration. In recent years, it has been found that Nogo protein also plays an important role in cardiovascular regulation, cell apoptosis and tumor growth inhibition. In this paper,the research progress of Nogo protein in the cardiovascular system is briefly reviewed.
