摘要
在低电阻测量系统中,外界干扰将会使得采集的数据不停的跳变,导致系统不稳定且测量精度不高。为了改善这种情况,有效地去除干扰,提出一种将最小二乘线性拟合算法应用到实际工程中的方法。对采集到的部分实验数据进行最小二乘线性拟合运算,得到拟合函数,在应用程序中只需将A/D转换结果带入到拟合函数进行运算就可得到电阻值,即用拟合函数替代原函数来描述低电阻测量模型。测试结果表明,这种线性拟合算法,能够有效地去除跳变的干扰数据,使得处理后的数据变得稳定、可靠,有效地提高了系统的稳定性和测量精度。
In low-valueresistance measurement system,the external interference makes the data non-stop jump and it causes the system instability and the measurement accuracy to be not high. In order to solve this problem and remove the interference effectively,the least squares linear fitting algorithm was raised to linear fit the partial calibration data. Using the least squares linear fitting to carry out he fitting function with the collected experimental data,and only the A/D conversion result is brought into the fitting function to obtain the resistance value in the application program,and then using the fitting function to replace the original function to describe the low-value resistance measurement model. The test results show that this linear fitting algorithm can effectively remove the jumped interference data,which makes the processed data stable,reliable and effective,thus improving the stability and measurement accuracy of the system.
