摘要 提出一种基于电流控制电流传输跨导放大器(CCCCTA)的电流模式跳频滤波器(FAF),包括0类、1类和2类FAF共3种电路。滤波结构由CCCCTA和2个接地电容无源元件组成,电路易于集成实现,功率损耗也低;输出阻抗高,便于电流驱动负载;中心频率和品质因数由不同的偏置电流独立调节,频率调谐比也较大。采用PSPICE对电路进行MOS管级仿真,所得结果验证了设计的可行性与理论分析的正确性。 A current-mode FAF (Frequency Agile Filer) based on CCCCTA (current-controlled current-conveyor transconductance amplifier) is proposed, involving class 0 FAF, class 1 FAF and class 2 FAF. The filter is composed of a CCCCTA and two grounded capacitance passive components, the circuit is easy to integrate, and the power loss is also low. The high output impedance is beneficial to the current-driver load. The center frequency and quality factor are independently adjusted by different bias currents, and the frequency tuning ratio is also fairly large. The PSPICE is used to simulate the circuit at the MOS tube level. The experiment results indicate that the design is feasible and the theoretical analysis correct.
