京张地区冰雪体育资源的SWOT分析与开发对策

The SWOT Analysis of Development Countermeasure of Ice-snow Sports Resources in Beijing and Zhangjiakou Areas

本文充分利用北京—张家口联合承办2022年冬奥会的机遇,选择北京—张家口为实证对象,采用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,对京张地区的冰雪体育资源进行深入细致分析。研究发现:京张地区冰雪体育资源核心区已初步建立,大环境和自然优势明显,拥有承办2008年奥运会的经验,项目发展水平稳步提高,但文化传统基础不牢、冰雪体育资源核心竞争力相对薄弱、资源开发产业集聚效应差。建议充分发挥自然资源优势,重视生态化开发;构建区域体育资源协同发展效应,同时合理规划场馆,重视场馆后期利用,避免后奥运现象。既为京张地区冰雪体育资源的整体开发提供了战略方案,又为其它城市开发冰雪体育资源提供了培育路径。

This paper chose Beijing Zhangjiakou as the empirical object through the literature material method, expert interview method and the others ,detailedly analyzed the Winter sports resources in Beijing- Zhangiakou area. The study found that Beijing-Zhangiakou area has established the core zone of Winter sports resources. With the environment and natural advantages, this area has the experience of hosting the 2008 Olympic Games and improved steadily the project development level. Also the study found that of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou area in the core area has been initially established, but the foundation of traditional culture is not strong. Winter sports resources core competitiveness is relatively weak. It is suggested that we should give full play to the advantages of natural resources, attach importance to ecological development, build the synergy development effect of regional sports resources, rationally plan the venues, and emphasize the utilization of late stage venues, soas to avoid the phenomenon of posting Olympic Games. It provides a strategic plan for Beijing-Zhangiakou area, and the cultivation path for the other cities.
