哈尔滨体育学院高山滑雪普修课教学难点与成因分析

Analysis on the Difficulties and Causes of Teaching on Alpine Skiing General Course of Harbin Sport University

高山滑雪普修课是哈尔滨体育学院为非滑雪专业学生设置的必修课,也是学校开设以冰雪为主题的特色课程的重要组成部分,在东北地区乃至全国都具有代表性和示范性。本文针对哈尔滨体育学院高山滑雪普修课教学现状,归纳出哈尔滨体育学院高山滑雪普修课教学难点及其成因,研究发现:教学难点主要表现在教学组织与管理、教学手段与方法、教学环境季节性这三个方面;成因在于学生心理、学生体能、滑雪技术本身、教学环境与器材等因素。并提出教学改革的建议,旨在为我国高山滑雪教学研究拓宽思路。

The General Alpine Skiing is a compulsory course for students committing to non-skiing majors in Harbin Sport University. It is also an important part of the teristic course with ice and snow as its theme. It is representative and exemplary in the Northeast China and even the whole country. This paper, aiming at the present situation of the teaching of alpine skiing in Harbin Sport University ,sums up the difficulties in the teaching of high alpine skiing in Harbin Sport University , and analyzes its causes so as to broaden the way of thinking for the study of alpine skiing in our country. It is found that the main difficulties in the teaching of alpine skiing in Harbin Sport University are mainly in the teaching organization and management, teaching methods and methods and the seasonality of the teaching environment.The main reasons are the students＇ psychological factors, physical factors ,environmental factors and the technical factors of teaching themselves.
