摘要
为提高生产线设计的质量,尤其是关键设备数量核算的精度,提出了基于智能排产的核算方法,并对其关键技术和实现路径进行了分析。与传统的基于设备年时基数和可用系数的估算方法相比,这种方法可以细致地考虑各种约束和随机情况,借助计算机模拟仿真实现对复杂情况的精确分析,因而有望得到更加准确可靠、科学合理的量化结果。
In order to improve the production line design quality,especially the accuracy of the numbers of critical equipment,this paper
proposes a verification method that is based on Smart Production Scheduling (SPS),and broaches on some relevant critical technologies
and realization path.Compared with the traditional method which is based on total annual workhour and availability coefficient stimation,
SPS can take various constraints and stochastic events into consideration,and with the aid of computer simulation,it is promising to
provide designs that are quantitatively and scientifically more accurate,reliable and appealing.
