气压常闭型钳制器关键部件的仿真计算分析

摘要 介绍滚动直线导轨副配套使用的高性能功能部件--气压常闭型钳制器的主要功能,对其产生钳制力的弹簧和复位时产生反向推力的复位活塞、加载活塞等关键部件的设计计算及仿真模拟分析。证明其设计选型及结构设计合理。 This paper introduces the main function of pneumatic constant clamping device, which is a high-performance functional component which is used in rolling linear guide.The design calculation and simulation analysis of the key components such as the spring which produces clamping force and the reset piston and the loaded piston when the reverse thrust occurs during the reset process. It is proved that the design selection and structure design are reasonable
