数控曲面印刷机的步进分度转盘及模把机构设计

摘要 研究设计一种数控曲面印刷机的步进分度转盘及模把机构。连接柄的转盘连接部设置成锥台状,随着曲面印刷机工作时间的增长越来越紧固,确保了印刷对位的高精准度,且拆卸效率高;承印物的吸紧或吹出功能气道设计环保节能;进料装置采用变距螺旋结构,适应高速分料送料,从而达到印刷效果清晰,满足两次印刷两次固化技术对印刷精度及清晰度的要求。 A stepping indexing turntable and a die handle mechanism for NC surface printing machine are studied and designed. The turntable connecting part of the connecting handle is arranged in a cone table shape,and the fastener is more and more tightened as the working time of the surface printing machine is increased, thereby ensuring high accuracy of the printing contraposition and high disassembly efficiency. The suction or blow function of the substrate,the design of the air passage,environmental protection and energy saving; the feeding device adopts a variable pitch spiral structure,which is suitable for feeding with high speed feeding. So as to achieve clear printing effect,to meet the two printing,two times of curing technology,printing accuracy and clarity requirements.
