摘要
钻孔加工设备大量用于电梯、桥梁等五金联接板加工行业,提出了一种基于上料机械手的柔性钻孔生产线,对生产线的工作过程、系统总体构成以及电气控制系统设计进行了阐述,提出的钻孔生产线可完成自动化上料与钻孔加工,大幅提高加工效率,降低人力成本。
Drilling equipment is widely used in hardware connection board processing industry,such as elevators,bridges,etc. In this paper,a flexible drilling production line based on feeding manipulator is proposed,and the working process of the production line is discussed. The overall system structure and the design of electrical control system are described. The drilling production line presented in
this paper can complete automatic feeding and drilling processing,and can greatly improve the processing efficiency.
