摘要
人民群众生活水平的不断改善,对自来水供水系统可靠性的要求不断提高。现存的供水系统大多存在着自动化程度低,供水压力不稳定,效率低下等问题,不仅造成了资源的浪费,而且影响到了人们的正常工作和生活。针对上述问题,基于西门子S7-200系列的PLC,设计了一套变频恒压供水系统。分析和介绍了设计的变频恒压供水系统的控制方案,并且分析了该系统的硬件和软件电路。
With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the demand for water supply system reliability has been constantly raised. Most of the existing water supply systems have the problems of low automation, unstable water supply pressure and low efficiency, which not only cause waste of resources, but also affect people's normal work and life. In view of the above problems, based on SIEMENS S7-200 series PLC, a variable frequency constant pressure water supply system is designed. This paper analyzes and introduces the control scheme of the frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system, and analyzes the hardware and software circuit of the system.
