在国际陶瓷砖市场,陶瓷大板(砖)已经成为高端市场的热点,应用范围从市政工程扩大到幕墙、地铁、屏风、柜台、艺术装饰等领域,成为广泛应用的一种新型装饰建材。顺应市场的趋势,其成型工艺及装备也不断创新升级。通过对当前陶瓷大板(砖)成型工艺及装备的发展进行分析,对比了连续辊压、皮带干压、模腔干压三大成型工艺的特点,根据国内形势着重分析了模腔干压成型工艺在国内发展及应用的优势,简要介绍了模腔干压成型陶瓷大板(砖)设备的发展现状。

In the international ceramic tile market, the ceramic large board （tile） has become a hot spot in the high-end market. The application range has been expanded from municipal engineering to curtain wall,subway,screen,counter,art decoration and so on. It is widely used as a new kind of decorative building materials. Conform to the trend of the market,its forming process and equipment are also being upgraded constantly. Through analyzing the development of the current forming process and equipment of the ceramic large board （tile）,this paper contrasts the characteristics of three forming processes of continuous rolling,dry pressing on belt and dry pressing in mould cavity. According to the domestic situation,it emphatically analyzes the advantages of the development and application of the mould cavity dry pressing in the domestic,and briefly introduces the developing situation of ceramic large board （tile） equipment adopting mould cavity dry pressing method.
