摘要
门窗执手操作力测试装置是动态测试执手在开启和关闭过程中的操作力,要求测量器具的受力方向始终与执手手柄中心线的竖直平面保持垂直。针对门窗执手操作力测试装置的工作特点,从执手轴心与驱动臂轴心同轴、施力位置测量误差、传感器受力支点垂直度、测量重复性、力值误差等方面引入的不确定度进行了分析和探讨,可为同类五金产品操作力测量不确定度的评定提供参考。
The win-door handle operating force test device is the operating force of the dynamic test handle during opening and closing. It is required that the force direction of the measuring appliance always be perpendicular to the vertical plane of the handle centerline. In this paper, according to the operating characteristics of the win-door handle operating force test device, we discussed and analyzed the
uncertainty caused by the axial force of the hand axis and the shaft of the actuating arm,the measuring error of the force position,the
vertical degree of the sensor,the measurement repeatability,the force value error,etc,which can provide a reference for the evaluation
of measurement uncertainty to the similar hardware products operating force.
