摘要
带式输送机张紧装置为输送机的正常运行提供必要的张紧力,阐述了不同张紧装置的优缺点,根据不同工况对带式输送机张紧装置位置进行分析,并对张紧装置与制动器的布置关系进行了比较,为优化张紧装置位置提供有力的参考。
Tensioning device to provide the necessary tension for the normal operation of belt conveyor, this paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages of different tensioning device, according to the different working conditions were analyzed on the belt tensioner position, and the tensioning device and brake layout relations are compared. It provides a powerful reference for optimizing the position of the tensioning device.
