摘要
通过测定分析碱膨胀前后片皮所得裸皮在不同石灰用量下的膨胀率、蓝湿革含铬量、收缩温度及成品革的物理机械性能等,对碱膨胀前后片皮操作对成革性能的影响进行研究。实验结果表明:碱膨胀前片皮所得灰皮膨胀率大、蓝湿革的收缩温度和铬含量、成革的柔软度和透水汽性好,但成革强度稍差,说明碱膨胀前片皮在低石灰用量下胶原纤维松散较好,但皮质损失多。
The influence of splitting before and after alkali swelling on leather performance was studied by measuring and analyzing the alkali swelling rate,shrinkage temperature and chromium content of wet blues,softness,water vapor permeability and physical-mechanical properties of the finished leathers which were produced under different lime dosages.The results show that the alkali swellin g rate of limed pelt,shrinkage temperature and chromium content of wet blue leather,softness and water vapor permeability of finished leather before alkali swelling are better than those after alkali swelling,respectively,which indicate that the collagen fibers dispersion before alkali swelling is better than that after alkali swelling; The lower physical-mechanical properties of finished leather state that the collagen protein loss of splitting before alkali swelling is more than that of splitting after alkali swelling
