摘要
在分析浮法玻璃锡槽结构的基础上,建立了浮法玻璃锡槽的三维物理模型,通过有限元模拟主要研究了锡槽内玻璃液成形过程中玻璃带表面温度场的分布,多角度展示了成形过程中玻璃带的温降过程,模拟结果和实际生产的数据较为接近,对玻璃成形的实际生产过程有指导作用。
Based on the analysis on the structure of tin bath, the mathematical model in a tin bath of floating glass is established. The distribution of temperature field is mainly studied by using the method of finite element modeling, showing the temperature drop during the forming process in many aspects. The simulation results are close to the actual production data, which could guide the actual production process of glass forming.
