摘要 介绍了DMB8013重介质浅槽分选机的结构、工作原理及技术特点,通过对该型浅槽分选机在斜沟煤矿选煤厂的现场使用、维护过程中遇到问题的分析,提出了该型重介浅槽分选机优化改进的方向。针对浅槽分选机使用过程中因矸石、杂物造成的跳链和断链问题,提出了在滑道上方给料溜槽加装宽400 mm的倾斜挡板及在刮板起弧段和爬坡段分别加层耐磨板的改进方案,将月均故障影响时间从10 h降低至1 h以下,提高了设备检修效率,节约了维护成本。 The structure,working principle and technical characteristics of the DMB8013 heavy media shallow trough sorter are introduced. Through the analysis of the problems encountered during the on-site use and maintenance of the shallow trough in the Xiegou Coal Preparation Plant,The direction for the optimization and improvement of the heavy medium shallow groove sorter was proposed. Aiming at the common-seen problems of chain falling down and chain breaking caused by gangue and debris,a 400 mm wide inclined baffle was installed,wear-resisting plate is added to the scraper’s arc section and Climbing section. The improved scheme reduces the average monthly failure frequency from 10 h to less than 1 h,maintenance efficiency increased and maintenance costs decreased.
