摘要 亿欣煤业综采工作面粉尘浓度高,煤尘具有爆炸性。分析了亿欣煤业综采工作面的粉尘治理现状,为了提升现代化管理和安全标准化水平,降低粉尘浓度,应用综采工作面红外线自动洒水降尘系统,使采煤机下风侧总粉尘浓度降至200 mg/m^3以下,呼吸尘降尘率基本保持在42%以上,实现了综采工作面自动喷雾降尘的功能,使综采工作面粉尘治理达到一个新的水平。 Heavy dust concentration and high possibility of coal dust explosion have troubled Yixin Coal Mining for a long period. To deal with the problems,the paper analyzes the existing status of dust treatment in the fully mechanized coal mining face,and introduced the ultrared-rays automatic sprinkler dust reduction system,which reduced the total dust concentration on the downwind side of the shearer. The results showed that total concentration reduced to below 200 mg/m^3,the reduction rate remained over 42%,the automatic dust controlling system in the fully mechanized face has played a significant role in the production.
