摘要
为解决孤岛工作面应力集中区巷道底鼓问题,基于对庞庞塔矿采场巷道围岩特性分析,采用数值模拟方法对巷道底鼓机理和控制技术进行分析,并在井下进行工程试验,在开槽深度为0.5m、1.0 m、1.5 m时,巷道最大底鼓量为342 mm、250 mm、189 mm.试验表明,开槽卸压技术可以有效控制巷道底鼓变形,但开槽深度越大施工难度越大,因此,深度不宜过大。
In order to solve the common problem of floor heave of roadway in stress concentrated area of isolated island work face,analysis of surrounding rock characteristics in Pangpangta coal mine was carried out with numerical simulation method for the mechanism and control technology of roadway floor heave. Engineering tests were conducted by trenching at depth of 5 m,10 m,and 15 m respectively,the corresponding maximum heave floor was 342 mm,250 mm,and 189 mm respectively. Tests showed that the pressure relief by trenching controlled the deformation of the roadway floor effectively. The test also showed that the deeper the trench was,the more difficult the construction was.Therefore the depth should be moderate.
