摘要
综放工作面"三机配套"大多采用头三尾四放置过渡支架,只能起到支护作用,并不具备放煤功能。靠近中部支架的三架过渡支架处于刮板运输机的起坡段,而起坡高度并不大,过渡槽尚属于低高度槽,后部顶煤完全可以垮落入刮板机内。为了提高综采工作面的采出率,塔山矿8216工作面将靠近中部支架的头部两架和尾部一架过渡支架的尾梁部分采用放顶煤收煤系统。通过改造,降低了巷道矿压显现,减少了来压剧烈冲击,既能满足过渡支架对机头机尾部分的支护需求,又能提高采出率,符合安全生产要求。
Most of the three-equipment matching in the fully mechanized top-coal caving face adopts three heads and four tails for the transitional support,which can only play a supporting role and does not have the function of coal caving. The three transitional supports near the head are located on the slope starting section of the scraper conveyor with the height is not very large,so the top coal can certainly fall into the scraper. In order to increase the recovery rate,the Tashan caol mine 8216 working face adapt the caving coal recovery system near the head and the tail beam of a transition supports. By the transformation,the strata behavior reduced,and the severe impact from mining decreased. The practice not only satisfies the support requirements in the two ends of the face,but also increases the recovery rate and meets the safety production requirements.
