牛羊屠宰环节受诸多因素的影响,监管难度较大,问题凸显,严重威胁着畜牧业健康发展和畜产品质量安全。本文从完善法规,加强执法,明确职权、改善服务等方面阐述了自己的一些粗浅的认识,以便和同行们探讨。

the slaughtering of cattle and sheep is affected by many factors,which is difficult to supervise,and the problems are prominent,which seriously threaten the healthy development of animal husbandry and the quality and safety of animal products.In this paper,the author expounds some of his shallow understandings from the improvement of laws and regulations,strengthening law enforcement,clarifying authority and improving service,so as to discuss with colleagues.
