淮安地区野生薤繁殖技术研究

摘要 [目的]研究野生薤的繁殖技术。[方法]将采集获得的气生鳞茎、地下鳞茎资源,采用基质穴盘播种育苗,齐苗后将2种材料培育的幼苗分别移栽至露地和大棚观察圃,对其繁殖过程进行研究。[结果]人工繁殖条件下,小鳞茎和气生鳞茎繁殖数量比自然环境中形成的数量高若干倍。气生鳞茎的繁殖系数比地下小鳞茎高,具有明显的繁殖优势。[结论]该研究为野生薤的大规模繁殖提供理论依据。 [Objective] To study breeding technology of wild scallion. [Method]Aerial bulb and underground bulb resources were collected to breed by using matrix hole plate sowing. After the seedling,2 kinds of seedlings were transplanted to the field of dew and greenhouse to study the reproduction process.[Result] Under the condition of artificial reproduction,the number of small bulbs and aerial bulb was several times higher than that in the natural environment. The propagation coefficient of aerial bulb was higher than that of underground small bulb,and had obvious reproductive advantage. [Conclusion]This study provides a theoretical basis for the large-scale reproduction of wild scallion.
