输液安全管理对社区老年患者输液安全及满意度影响的研究

Study of the effect of infusion safety management on the infusion safety and satisfaction of elderly patients in the community

目的 :探讨输液安全管理对社区门诊老年输液患者满意度的影响。方法 :采用单纯随机抽样方法选取徐家汇街道社区卫生服务中心2017年4—9月门诊输液室的100例输液患者为观察组,采用单纯随机抽样方法选取中心门诊输液室2016年4—9月的100例输液患者为对照组。观察组给予输液安全管理,对照组给予常规护理。比较两组患者的输液不良事件、不良反应及患者满意度等。结果 :观察组的静脉炎、血管周围淤血、输液滴速不合理等不良反应的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对静脉穿刺、输液巡视、输液后处置等方面的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :输液安全管理显著减少了社区门诊老年输液患者输液不良事件的发生,提高了护理满意度。

Objective： To explore the effect of infusion safety management on the satisfaction of the elderly transfusion patients in the community outpatient clinic. Methods： The simple random sampling method was used to select 100 transfusion patients in the outpatient transfusion room of Xujiahui Community Health Service Center from April to September 2017 as the observation group, and the same method was used to select 100 cases of transfusion patients in the outpatient transfusion room of the Center from April to September 2016 as the control group. The observation group was given infusion safety management while the control group was given routine nursing. The adverse events, adverse reactions and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results： The incidence of adverse reactions such as phlebitis, perivascular congestion and unreasonable infusion speed in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the observation group, the nursing satisfaction of venipuncture, infusion inspection and post-infusion treatment was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The safety management of infusion significantly reduces the occurrence of adverse events in the elderly transfusion patients in the community outpatient clinic and improves the nursing satisfaction.
