加味百部汤结合穴位敷贴治疗小儿咳嗽疗效观察

Observation of therapeutic effect of modified Baibu decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of infantile cough

目的 :观察加味百部汤结合穴位敷贴治疗小儿咳嗽的疗效。方法 :收集2017年1月—10月中医科收治的咳嗽患儿32例,分为治疗组18例,给予加味百部汤结合穴位敷贴治疗,对照组14例,给予羚贝止咳糖浆治疗。两组均以7 d为1个疗程,共2个疗程。疗程完成后评价疗效。结果 :第1疗程和第2疗程完成后,治疗组总有效率分别为77.7%(14/18)和88.9%(16/18),对照组分别为64.3%(9/14)和71.4%(10/14),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :加味百部汤结合穴位敷贴治疗小儿咳嗽疗效更加显著。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Baibu decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of infantile cough. Methods： From January to October 2017 32 cases of infantile cough in the department of traditional Chinese medicine were collected and divided into a treatment group with 18 cases, who was treated with modified Baibu decoction, and a control group with 14 cases were given Lingbeizhike syrup treatment. Both groups were treated for 7 days for one course, with a total of 2 courses. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after the treatment was completed. Results：The total effective rates of the treatment group were 77.7%（14/18） and 88.9%（16/18） after the completion of the first and second courses of treatment, respectively, the total effective rates of the control group were 64.3%（9/14） and 71.4%（10/14）, respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of modified Baibu decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of infantile cough is more significant.
