全科团队管理对社区胰岛素治疗糖尿病患者管理效果的影响

The effect of general team management on the effect in the community insulin treatment of diabetic patients

目的 :探讨全科团队管理模式对胰岛素治疗糖尿病患者管理效果的影响。方法 :选择98例使用胰岛素的2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,其中男性42例,女性56例,平均年龄(58.61±6.04)岁,平均使用胰岛素治疗时程(6.88±2.26)年。实行全科团队管理干预6个月,比较干预前后血糖控制情况及胰岛素规范使用情况。结果:空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均较干预前明显降低(P<0.05)。患者治疗的依从性、胰岛素使用规范情况明显提高(P<0.05),低血糖发生率下降。结论 :全科团队管理模式有助于血糖水平控制,规范胰岛素的使用,提高患者的依从性,减少低血糖的发生。

Objective： To explore the influence of the general team management mode on the effect in the insulin treatment of diabetic patients. Methods： Ninety-eight type 2 diabetes patients who received insulin treatment were selected as the objects, and among them there were 42 males and 56 females with an average age of（58.61±6.04） years. The general team management intervention was carried out for 6 months, and the blood glucose control and the insulin standard usage were compared before and after the intervention. Results： Fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2H blood sugar and glycated hemoglobin were significantly lower than those before intervention（P〈0.05）. The compliance of the patients and the use standard of insulin were obviously improved（P〈0.05） and the incidence of hypoglycemia decreased. Conclusion： The general team management mode helps to control the level of blood glucose, standardize the use of insulin, improve the compliance of the patients and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
