摘要 [目的]研究禽畜粪便与板栗废弃物不同配比混合堆肥的理化指标差异。[方法]以鸡粪、牛粪、猪粪和板栗废弃物为原料,通过不同比例混合堆肥,研究4种配比的混合配方在堆肥过程中,堆体温度、全碳含量、全氮含量、碳氮比(C/N)及种子发芽指数(GI)等理化指标的差异。[结果]4种比例的混合堆体,经过45 d的堆肥发酵,总碳含量和总氮含量均呈下降趋势,C/N呈缓慢下降趋势,GI达80%以上;板栗废弃物∶鸡粪∶牛粪∶猪粪为3∶2∶3∶2(即C处理,C/N=32∶1)时,能在35 d完成堆肥,堆肥成品C/N达16.81∶1,且GI高达92%,处理效果最好。[结论]该研究为制备板栗废弃物有机肥提供理论依据,同时为实现板栗产业链的环境友好型转变提供技术参考。 [Objective]To study physical and chemical character of different proportions of livestock manure and Castanea mollissima waste composting.[Method]With chicken,cattle and pig manure and chestnut wastes as raw materials for compost with different mixing ratio,the difference of pile temperature,carbon content,total nitrogen content,carbon nitrogen ratio( C/N) and the seed germination index( GI) and other physical and chemical indicators among 4 different ratios of the formula in the process of composting were studied.[Result]The mixing ratio of 4 kinds of pile body,after 45 days of composting,total carbon content and total nitrogen content were decreased,C/N appeared a slow downward trend,GI reached more than 80%; Chestnut waste: chicken manure: cow dung: pig manure of 3∶ 2∶ 3∶ 2( treatment of C,C/N = 32∶ 1) could be completed compost in 35 days,C/N composting products reached 16. 81∶ 1,and GI was as high as 92%,and had the best treatment effect.[Conclusion]The study provides a theoretical basis for preparing the organic fertilizer of chestnut waste,and provides technical reference for the transformation of environmental friendly type of chestnut industrial chain.
